I can't sit here and relate - sorry, that smacks of incest, doesn't it? - all the PC horrors we find ourselves surrounded by; you'll know them, as well as I. This PC Thought crept up on us overnight, but the irony is that the Council - esteemed though they might think they are - weren't savvy enough to know Penny Lane was one such PC thorn in the buttocks, as it was named after James Penny, a Slave Ship owner, until someone [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] pointed it out to them. Probably a Stones fan.
We are swamped with political correctness. A "spotted dick" is just a dessert, a "blackboard" [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] is an item teachers write on. But people want [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] words like these, and others, banned.
