Jos Fialho Gouveia foi apresentador de televiso e Rdio em Portugal. No Rdio Clube Portugus fez "A Onda do Optimismo", com Artur Agostinho, Maria Helena Varela, Jorge Alves, Gina Esteves e Isabel Wolmar.
