Maybe my feet arn't that swollen but I find the only shoe that is comfortable to wear for long periods of time are my old worn in sneakers. I paid about $30 for them at Dicks Sporting Goods and they are worth every penny. They have made this pregnancy soooo much more comfortable. I started wearing them regularly well before my pregnancy but I wouldn't give them up for anything during this pregnancy.
