Tai Chi Shoes
I have been practicing tai chi since 1986. During these years I have tried and worn a variety of shoes for training and practicing in various styles of Tai Chi. These days, my focus is on Chen Tai Chi, which arguably is the most physically demanding of the various Tai Chi styles that are typically practiced around the globe today.
